浙江省建設(shè)投資集團(tuán)股份有限公司成立于1949年7月11日，歷經(jīng)浙江建筑公司（時(shí)為政府管理部門）、浙江省城市建設(shè)局、浙江省建筑工程局、浙江省建筑工業(yè)廳、浙江省基本建設(shè)局、浙江省建筑工程總公司等15次變革，已發(fā)展成為一家集投資、設(shè)計(jì)、建造、運(yùn)維于一體的現(xiàn)代建筑服務(wù)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈企業(yè)集團(tuán)，是整體上市的浙江省屬國有企業(yè)。

“十四五”期間，集團(tuán)立足新發(fā)展階段，貫徹新發(fā)展理念，構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局，打造“數(shù)字化的國際建筑投資運(yùn)營服務(wù)商”，當(dāng)好我省“重要窗口”建設(shè)的排頭兵。
Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd.(ZCIGC) was establishedon July 11, 1949 as Zhejiang Construction Company, agovernment administrative department at that time.After 15 times’ successful reformations, it went through stages asZhejiang Urban Construction Bureau,Zhejiang Construction Engineering Bureau, Zhejiang Construction Industry Bureau, Zhejiang Infrastructure Construction Bureau,Zhejiang Construction Engineering General Company, etc.and now develops itself into a group providing comprehensive modern construction services including investment, design, construction, operation and maintenance. It is a listed state-owned enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
ZCIGC now has 17 main subsidiaries, 4 business departments, 1 school, 1 overseas-listed company and more than 200thousandemployees. Currently, the groupowns 216 enterprise qualifications in 62 categories. Meanwhile, the grouppossessing the rights of engaging in foreign business,export & import trade and labor dispatching, is the leader in the construction industry of Zhejiang Province to participate in the international project contracting and trade market. The group spreads its business in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China and over 30 countries and regions worldwide. ZCIGC possesses 3 post-doctoral scientific research workstation, 4 provincial enterprise research institutes, 5 provincial engineering research centers and 11 provincial enterprise technology centers. It also has 15 national high-tech enterprises and 9 government quality award winning enterprises. ZCIGCpossesses 10world leading, 15internationally advanced, more than 400 domestic core technologiesand more than 130 hectare’sconstruction industrialization base. ZCIGC has cultivated an impeccable team throughout its development. Inheriting the gene of army striving spirit, we bravely shouldered the political, economic and social responsibilities of a state-owned enterprise. ZCIGC participated in the construction of The Great Hall of the People, the Military Museum of the Chinese People’s Revolution, Beijing Railway Station, the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and other landmark buildings in the capital. The group has successfully completed the majority of the construction of urban infrastructure andold industrial bases in Zhejiang province, such as Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group, Juhua Group Corporation, SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company. The group has also undertaken tasks such as foreign economicassistance, earthquake and typhoon mitigation, anti-pandemic medical facility construction, and assistant projects in Sichuan, Tibet and Xinjiang provinces. ZCIGC has not only undertaken a large number of key and important landmark projects in Zhejiang province with high standard such as Hangzhou National Archives of Publications and Culture, Zhejiang Lab, Zhejiang Cultural Center, G20 Summit Project, Hangzhou Asian Games Project, Hangzhou East Railway Station, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, Hangzhou International Conference Center and West Lake Cultural Square, but also invested and constructed a large number of rural reconstruction and new urban functional community projects. The group has constructed the first Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and Metro Project of Zhejiang Province with high-standard. The project of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant undertaken by ZGIGC is the only one in Zhejiang Province to be selected as “Hundred Classics and competitive projects” for the 60th anniversary of the founding ofPeople’s Republic of China.
